VCSU welcomed nearly 400 elementary and middle school students to campus for the third annual Marketplace for Kids Education Day on Thursday, Jan. 9. This exciting event aimed to inspire young minds through hands-on learning experiences and entrepreneurial activities. Students had the opportunity to engage with various interactive booths, where they could explore different aspects of business and creativity.
The Marketplace for Kids Education Day featured student-led projects, allowing participants to showcase their innovative ideas and products. The event not only provided a platform for students to practice their entrepreneurial skills but also encouraged teamwork and collaboration among peers. Educators and local business leaders participated as mentors, offering valuable insights and guidance to the young entrepreneurs.
