For many, higher education is a “straight path,” but for some students such as Le Thanh Hieu, it’s a “winding” road. Hieu's journey reflects the challenges and triumphs faced by many aspiring entrepreneurs in Vietnam. Growing up in a modest family, she encountered numerous obstacles on her way to achieving a degree. Despite financial struggles and a lack of resources, Hieu's determination never wavered.
Throughout her academic career, Hieu balanced her studies with part-time jobs, gaining valuable experience in the business world. This hands-on approach not only enhanced her skills but also provided her with insights into the complexities of running a business. After graduation, Hieu launched her own startup, which has since flourished, showcasing her resilience and innovative spirit.
Her story serves as an inspiration to many young Vietnamese, highlighting that while the path to higher education may be fraught with challenges, perseverance and hard work can lead to remarkable achievements in the world of business.
